Founder & CEO
Patrick Walsh is the visionary behind EagleHawk’s mission to revolutionize facility intelligence. He holds a Master’s in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering and spent eight years at Lockheed Martin, specializing in thermal-based sensors and targeting systems for military aircraft. As a Level 1 certified thermographer, Patrick played a key role in developing EagleHawk’s proprietary thermal evaluation methodology, now trusted by leading institutions and energy systems nationwide.
Chief Operating Officer
Jonathan Byrd brings over 15 years of leadership experience across strategy, finance, engineering, and operations. He holds BS degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from West Virginia University, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Jonathan has led high-performing teams in technology, manufacturing, private equity, and aerospace & defense. His expertise in business strategy and operational excellence is helping drive EagleHawk’s growth and impact in the facilities intelligence space.
Chief Technology Officer
Chris Willey leads the ongoing development and innovation behind the EagleHawk Facility Intelligence Platform. With more than 25 years in technology leadership, Chris previously served as the first Chief Information Officer of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, where he built the agency’s entire tech infrastructure. He holds an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and a BA in English and Comparative Literature from UMass Amherst. Chris’s vision for scalable, secure, and user-friendly technology is at the heart of EagleHawk’s platform evolution.
